This was our second time coming here. Fantastic care all around for our dog! They seem to truly care about the animals and are kind to their owners as well. I highly recommend them for any pet emergency needs.

Our first two experience were very positive. Everyone was very kind, patient and addressed our ER emergency. The ER wait was reasonable. We felt our pups had received the best care possible. Our third experience was not. Our pup was missed diagnosed. They stated the test that was required didn’t exist to properly diagnose him and if such test did exists that there was no treatment available only symptoms support. They pushed to hospitalization and them euthanizing our pup. Luckily we were able to see our vet earlier the next day and they ran the test that “didn’t exist”. There also was a medication that treated his illness. We will never be going here again.
