We have been coming here for some time now and couldn’t be happier with the times we’ve been seen. All three of our mastiffs have been taken care of here; from normal check ups, injuries, allergic reactions on the skin, and needing surgery we have been seen for a variety of things and the care we have been shown is always amazing. One of our dogs gets anxious so we have to plan ahead a bit and the staff is always on top of taking their time so he adjusts and is comfortable as well. We couldn’t be more thankful for coming across this practice when we did.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I recently moved and took my dog in to establish care and get his annual vaccines. The visit was significantly more expensive than what I’ve paid elsewhere, and I was immediately pushed toward additional procedures like a dental cleaning with an $850–$1,000+ estimate (twice as much as I've paid other vets for the same procedure). During that visit, they told me to call immediately if I noticed blood in his stool. Within 24 hours, that’s exactly what happened — not once, but multiple times, including a very concerning episode later in the day. When I called, they took a message… and then nothing. No urgency, no follow-up. I didn’t hear back until nearly 6pm, and when they finally called, it wasn’t even the vet — just someone relaying that I should bring him in again for another check up and stool test. Then, I was told the earliest available appointment was days away. To make it worse, they texted me a list of emergency clinics. Think about that — if the situation is serious enough that I might need an emergency clinic, how does it make any sense that you can’t see him for five days? That alone tells me this should have been treated as a priority, not pushed out nearly a week. Completely unacceptable. No sense of urgency, no real care, and a very clear focus on upselling rather than actually supporting their patients when something is wrong. Quickly went from my dog's new vet to my dog's old vet. Couldn't be more disappointed.

Crosswinds has been our go to animal clinic for 15+years. Dr Olson is our vet and we love her! She truly cares about our animals and their health without pushing any unnecessary services. They work with Chewy on our medication, so we can get it at a reasonable price. The medication that doesn't come from Chewy is not overpriced either, I didn't want to misrepresent that. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a vet!
