EXCELLENT CARE My visit was a follow up from taking my cat to the emergency ER vet on Saturday related to her inability to urinate. All has turned out well so far regarding that emergency…Knock wood! In following up I was prepared to pay for X-rays, more lab work and whatever the vet thought necessary to make sure all was progressing well with my 20 y.o. lady. While Dr Patterson was willing to do whatever I wanted, she didn’t push me to have all these expensive procedures done. On the contrary. Since Gracie was doing so well she didn’t feel any of these procedures were necessary unless her condition changed. Dr Patterson could have done all these costly tests and I would’ve paid without question. Isn’t it wonderful to know some people aren’t in it for the money and do what they do out of genuine love and concern for the patient? When does that happen in this day and age?

The staff at Gilbert Veterinary hook spiral are very nice, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We have been clients for 28 years and have never had a bad experience!!
