Don't take your animals to this vet! No one realizes they are taking videos of your poor animals that are in pain and need medical attention behind your back! Your sitting in the waiting room for hours, while they are in another room taking YouTube/ Facebook videos and telling you they are very busy when you ask how much longer... She may be a decent vet but this is really sad to know my animal was in distress while she took a video of my love when I thought he was getting the proper medical treatment that I took him there for.. This really upsets me this is happening to animals in her care everyday! Also they are money hungry telling you they need unnecessary test when you told the vet they have no symptoms and get the results back they didn't have it at all! Well I already knew that and make you leaving like a bad pet parent for picking a vet you thought your animal was getting the best care for! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU LOVE YOUR ANIMALS! YOULL THINK ME LATER!

Update: (they ansewered this and tried to act like they don't know how much an examination costs). Called to try and schedule a fixing for my male rat (very basic procedure) and they would not even tell me how much the visit would cost let alone the surgery definitely wanted me to spend way more than I was gonna, this is very predatory and deceitful there is no outlying variable that could make it cost more or less

Dr Pat has been my veterinarian of choice since 2013. I've followed her through at least one move. She and her team have cared for my dogs, cats, and fowl. I wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.

Was really good in the first few years, but service started to decline. Ultimately ended up switching to a new vet clinic.
